Farm Fresh Rhode Island is a 501c3 nonprofit organization founded in 2004 that is growing a local food system. Farm Fresh RI offers a wide array of access, education, and distribution programs aimed at building healthier communities, increasing access to fresh food, strengthening community-based businesses, and improving the impact of food production and distribution on our environment. Farm Fresh moved into their purpose-designed 60,000 sq. ft. building in the valley neighborhood of Providence in late 2020. In addition to Farm Fresh programs, space is leased out to other food and agriculture related businesses and can be rented for private and public events.
