✨ What’s Sugar on Snow? It’s a New England and Quebecois tradition where hot maple syrup is poured onto fresh snow, instantly cooling into a delicious, chewy maple taffy.
🍁 This practice dates back centuries, with Indigenous communities boiling sap into syrup long before European settlers arrived. It became a sugaring season staple, and now you get to experience this sticky, delightful treat right here in downtown Providence!
🌟 The Experience: @gather.farm will be adding their own creative twist! Imagine glowing steaming syrup, and the crisp winter air—a feast for the senses!
